What is Hot Yoga?
Hot yoga is a series of postures practiced in a warm and humid environment. Temperatures range from 98-105 °F (37-41 °C). The heat allows your muscles to stretch deeper than they would otherwise with less danger of injury, and detoxifies and cleanses your body via sweat.
What to Bring
- Yoga mat
- Towel
- Your own water
Etiquette
- Arrive early, once the session begins the doors will be shut
- No gum chewing
- No talking
- Come prepared and do not leave during the session
- Clean your area when class is over

How old do I have to be?
No one under the age of 15 will be allowed to participate due to the attention required for this yoga discipline and the necessary development of sweat glands. Child care is available for children under 10 years old and well behaved children 12 and over can wait in the lobby.
